Lights On Afterschool October 22, 2009
We participated in the national celebration of afterschool programs, Lights on Afterschool, this year. Our school agers participated in fun science experiments and enjoyed special snacks. We would like to thank Commissioner Dean Cain and representatives from COAD for joining our celebration! |

What do you do with a bunch of school agers who have 8 snow days off of school in a row? Get creative! We mixed, cut out and decorated sugar cookies one day, celebrated Valentine’s Day another, bounced away in the bounce house and tried to have fun by bringing in a Wii, letting the kids bring their DSi’s and anything else they could think of! |

|
Des and Alivia obviously enjoyed their cookies and Mason gets every morsel off of his mixing spoon. |
